OVERVIEW
As an intern at Lily’s Talent Agency, you will be given an excellent training ground for a complete comprehension of the entertainment business including but not limited to: Print, Film, Voice-Over, Runway, Trade Show and Special Event.

This unpaid training will contribute to the careers of aspiring individuals who are interested, but not limited in the following areas: Entertainment, Advertising, Marketing, Broadcasting, Acting, Dancing, Choreography, Music, Singing, Directing, Producing, Management, Law, Talent Agency and Casting.

INTERNSHIP TASKS
Interns at Lily’s participate in everything from:
· Answering phones
· Greeting clients and talents
· Inputting talent database
· Stamping and filing talent material
· Faxing documents and scripts
· Doing research in the internet
· Updating and organizing our files
· Typing documents
· Assisting with casting projects
· Attending industry events with agents
· Participation in our “Open Call” for new faces
· Sharing the excitement of the industry business with the best agents in the city!


QUALIFICATIONS
Since we rely on our interns so much, we are looking for individuals who are: highly self-motivating, organized, an excellent communicator, a team player, computer literate, interested in the talent field, personable, able to multi-task and finally able to have humility to do errands and make coffee when necessary.

Also, our interns must be available to work two to three days a week (preferably Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday) for an average of three months during any one of the following quarter periods:

Summer 2009		July 6 - Oct 2
Fall 2009		Oct 5 - Dec 18
