WELCOME TO LILY’S TALENT SUBMISSION FORM!

We represent talent of all ages, sizes and ethnicities!

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ANY SUBMISSION OF ANY TALENT AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON, VIA THE ONLINE FORM OR SNAIL MAIL.

Submission Requirements:

  • If you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must submit on your behalf. We will not accept submissions from minors.
  • We accept snail mail submissions as well. See the bottom of this page for a download of the form that should be enclosed with your submission.
  • Online submission is available to the following departments only: Print, On-Camera, Theatre/Musical Theatre and Voiceover.
  • A valid e-mail address is required for your submission to be processed, as it may take several weeks to complete this process, please check your email regularly. We will require a 72-hour response at the time we respond to your request.
  • If you are a model or actor, your submission MUST include AT LEAST TWO IMAGES (.jpg, .pdf or .tiff flies – sized for the internet).
  • If you are a voiceover talent, your submission MUST include ONE AUDIO/VIDEO SAMPLE (.mp3, .mp4 or .wave files).
  • If you FAIL to include an IMAGE OR AUDIO/VIDEO SAMPLE, your submission WILL NOT be processed and we will not contact you to request this information. Please do not enclose links to websites or profiles that host your information or samples because we will not visit those sites to retrieve data.
  • If you are submitting more than one person (child/siblings), please fill out separate forms to avoid confusion, and make a note of this in the comments section of each form.
  • This process may take up to eight weeks to complete, so please do not submit more than once in an eight-week period.

What to Submit:

We require all online submissions to enclose at least TWO (but no more than eight) .jpg, .pdf, .tiff files or ONE audio/video sample or reel in .mp3, .mp4, or .wav file.

IF YOU HAVE PROFESSIONAL MATERIAL submit…

    • Your professional photos (ie: composite cards and/or headshots). Photos must be less than one year old.
    • Your current headshot (with your industry resume) must be up-to-date.
    • Your current voice demo (mp3 preferred) accompanied by a current resume.

**We do not consider professional portraits, school or graduation photos, college test-shots, sub-par tfp or tfcd, or ANY INADEQUATE PHOTOS as industry standard materials.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROFESSIONAL MATERIAL submit…

PRINT ONLY: Models should submit the following snapshots
    • Shoulders and up
    • Forward – no smile – hair up
    • Forward – smile – hair up
    • Both profiles – hair up
    • Bust/chest and up
    • Forward – no smile – hair up/down
    • Forward – smile – hair up
    • Both profiles – hair up/down
    • Full length
    • Forward – no smile – hair up
    • Both profiles – hair up
    • Back shot – hair up
    • Additional frames
    • Have a friend take some snapshots to show us your personality. Wear what you want and have fun!

ON-CAMERA ONLY:
    • Actors should submit one "shoulders or waist and up" snapshot with a current resume.

VOICE-OVER ONLY:
    • We do not accept voice over talent without previewing a professional voice demo prior to setting up an interview. If you do not currently have a professionally mastered voice demo at this time, please submit one after you have completed your demo.

BABIES ONLY: Parents must submit 2 snapshots against a plain wall – one close-up and one full-body.
