Internship

The interns will see firsthand the processes of the agency from clients requesting submissions, to talent going on auditions, look-sees, to talent booking jobs... and much more! 

Basic duties include:

• Reception/general office tasks, handling schedules, research, and any office- related talent relationship needs, in addition to communicating with agents and talent.

• Assisting agents and team with auditions for print, commercials, film, TV, voiceover, industrials, new media, digital stills, and administrative tasks.

• Assisting with setting up camera equipment, posting sessions, updating databases, and troubleshooting issues.

These tasks and more will help the interns to fine-tune administrative skills and walk away with a more comprehensive knowledge of the ”industry business.”

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• Interested in or has experience in the general talent or marketing industry including, acting, modeling, casting, directing, audition, web design, coaching, and or social media skills.

• A basic understanding of Mac computers, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Zoom sessions, and video equipment is a plus.

The experience will offer an open door to networking with industry people, future job opportunities within the industry, invitations to showcases and the opportunity to work with the best agency and agents in Chicago! We rely heavily on our interns and in return, the interns will discover and develop enormous amounts of industry skills.

This is an unpaid internship and qualified interns may receive school credit.
